Consulting and educational services to residential and long term care facilities throughout the United States:
- Educational programs to residential and long term care staff, including workshops, inservices, and general trainings in areas of mental health, depression, behavior management, dementia, stress management, and helping with families
- Consultations on specific care plan and management issues via telephone or in person
- Mediation to develop an agreement or contract between a resident and a facility regarding differences of opinion on care or expectations
- Training for psychologists and mental health professionals in areas of clinical practice and documentation of services, compliance with Medicare and other payers, office of inspector general, other rules and regulations, and medical necessity
